Easter bookings - things you need to know!

To all of our valued customers, old and new.....
This year, we have decided to modify our opening times and introduce a minimum booking period over the very busy Easter period, especially as it runs into the first week of the school holidays, to enable us to spend more time looking after our canine guests...
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience but for the peace & comfort of your dog and our many other valued clients we feel this is the best way to ensure that all of our guests are happy & settled with a minimal amount of disturbance at this very busy time.

Easter Opening Days & Hours
Good Friday (2nd April 2010): Closed
Easter Saturday (3rd April 2010): Open 8.00 - 9.00am & 4.00 - 5.00pm
Easter Sunday (4th April 2010): Open 4.00 - 5.00pm only
Easter Monday (5th April 2010): Open 4.00 - 5.00pm only
Easter Minimum Booking Period
There is a minimum 7 day booking period applicable for any bookings that fall over or include part or all of the Easter period (1st - 5th April 2010) - you can still collect your dog within the seven days if necessary but we will charge a minimum of 7 days boarding fees.
Easter/School Holiday Kennel Inspections
We will be closed for kennel inspections between Thursday 1st April 2010 and Tuesday 20th April 2010 inclusive.
If you haven't been to us before and you would like to come & view the kennels beforehand you are more than welcome to do so; however, please ensure that you come and see us prior to the 1st April.
Once again, this is for the peace & comfort of our guests -to minimise disturbance & ensure everyone is happy & settled during the busy periods.Thanks again for your co-operation.
